His illustrious career, punctuated by impactful roles in India, the UK, Tunisia, and Switzerland, has seen him steer projects across a gamut of industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Banking, Digital, IT, Energy Sector, and Consulting. Puneet’s global exposure has sharpened his acumen in handling complex CAPEX & OPEX strategic and disinvestment initiatives, especially within challenging matrix structures.

A testament to his leadership and vision, Puneet has conceptualized, established, and seamlessly transitioned PMOs for pivotal initiatives. Debasis Das

With a distinguished career spanning four decades, Debasis has been deeply entrenched in the realm of project management. His journey commenced with the Defense R&D Organization for India’s Armed Services, where he played a pivotal role in time-sensitive development projects, encompassing Communication systems, Control systems for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, and Reconnaissance systems.

Transitioning to the software development industry, Debasis showcased his expertise by executing projects for esteemed international clients, including GE in America, Hitachi in Japan, and the Chinese Government.

Currently, Debasis is channeling his vast knowledge as a consultant and educator, teaching software engineering and project management at a premier 4-year Engineering Degree College in India. His academic credentials are equally impressive, holding an MS in Computer Science from the renowned Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) and a BS in Electronics & Telecom Engineering from one of India’s top universities.
